Have you ever taught a lesson and chuckled when you heard students leave class saying, “That was awesome! We didn’t do any work!”
I mean, let’s face it: a middle schooler’s perception is their reality, and if they don’t think they did any work, that’s just fine with me! But the reason those days are the best is because I know that, in fact, my students did learn, complete work, and demonstrate understanding, all while having a great time in Language Arts.
As today’s guest keenly noted, often, middle schoolers need to be tricked into learning. This exact statement is the reason Chelsey was one of the first members to join the EB Teacher’s Club. Chelsey wanted to be certain that she was hitting all the state grade-level standards, but also infusing each lesson with creativity so that it was meaningful and engaging to her students.
Since becoming a member, Chelsey shared that her Sunday scaries are GONE. She has confidence and sense of ease about her these days, knowing that incredibly rigorous and engaging lesson bundles are delivered to her email each month.
She also loves that the EB Teacher’s Club site houses countless lesson ideas, print-and-go activities for stations or sub plans, and training videos that allow her to teach any standard with confidence. Plus, for even more ideas and inspiration, she has access to the private EB Teacher’s Club Facebook group, where educators around the country are actively encouraging and supporting one another.
The EB Teacher’s Club is open TODAY for enrollment! Take back your nights and weekends. Plan every lesson without stress, late nights, or scrambling to put materials together. Step into the person and teacher you want to be in the classroom and join hundreds of other teachers who are doing the same.
